About Us
Founded in 2017 in El Salvador, La Factoría Ciudadana is pioneering social and economic reintegration for individuals seeking a second chance.
We activate underutilized human capital and address the root causes of irregular migration and crime, reducing both the human and financial costs of repeated cycles of deportation and incarceration.
Every person we support multiplies the impact within their household and community.
About Our Founder
Jaime R. Zablah Siri is the founder of La Factoría Ciudadana.
A Fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, he is internationally recognized for his work in social reintegration and violence prevention.
He has shared his insights on global platforms, including a TED Talk on violence in Central America, and serves as a senior partner at Kinetic Fundraising.
Jaime has received multiple honors, such as the McNulty Prize for Social Contribution, awarded for his leadership and measurable community impact in El Salvador.

It’s not just about coffee, it’s about creating jobs and giving people a real opportunity to rebuild their future.
